Empowering leaders through specialised conferences

We are delighted to offer a series of inclusive and robust conferences designed to inspire, upskill and connect school staff at every level, empowering them to develop, collaborate and lead with confidence in support of their schools.

Our Annual School Leadership Conference, held in the autumn term, is our flagship event. Bring Senior Leaders together to explore four key pillars of education: Leadership, Teaching & Learning, Mental Health & Well-being, and Inclusion & Diversity.

This year’s Excellence in Leadership Conference was held on Thursday 13th November. It was designed to empower attendees so they could leave with practical strategies they could implement immediately in their schools, and a renewed sense of purpose to lead with confidence, clarity, and heart.

Throughout the rest of the year, we will host a series of smaller Thematic Leadership Conferences that delve deeper into specific areas. These events off valuable space for reflection, proffessional dialogue and the sharing of best practice.
